3. Advanced blow molding masterbatch: used for blow molding coloring of ultra-thin products.

8. Universal Masterbatch: It also uses some kind of resin (usually PE with low melting point) as carrier, but in addition to its carrier resin, it can also be used for coloring other resins.

General-purpose masterbatches are relatively simple and convenient, but they also have many disadvantages. Heat-resistant grades of specialty masterbatches are generally suitable for plastics used in products that are safe to use at room temperature. Different degrees of discoloration can be caused only under the following circumstances: first, the temperature is out of the normal range, and second, the downtime is too long.

The carrier of the specialized masterbatch is the same plastic as the product and is well matched. 2. It is good for keeping the chemical stability of pigment.

If the pigment is used directly, then the color particles are similar to the resin particles, the measurement is more convenient and accurate, it will not stick to the container when mixing, and mix evenly with the resin, which can ensure the stability of the amount of additives, and thus ensure the stability of the color of the product.
