Commonly used color classification methods are as follows:

8. Universal Masterbatch: It also uses some kind of resin (usually PE with low melting point) as carrier, but in addition to its carrier resin, it can also be used for coloring other resins.

General-purpose masterbatches are relatively simple and convenient, but they also have many disadvantages. Heat-resistant grades of specialty masterbatches are generally suitable for plastics used in products that are safe to use at room temperature. The pigment particles can be well dispersed in the plastic of the product after heating and melting.

2. It is good for keeping the chemical stability of pigment.

If the pigment is used directly, then the color particles are similar to the resin particles, the measurement is more convenient and accurate, it will not stick to the container when mixing, and mix evenly with the resin, which can ensure the stability of the amount of additives, and thus ensure the stability of the color of the product.

Pigment is in direct contact with air during storage and use, so it will absorb moisture, oxidize and caking.
