Color masterbatch

Color masterbatch is made of inorganic and organic pigments, dyes, and appropriate auxiliaries with various special effects, using PE and PP as carriers. It can be customized according to customer needs and actual production conditions to meet customer requirements while offering good cost performance. It is widely used in packaging films, bottles, caps, hoses, various containers and toys, household appliances, office supplies, automobile trimmings, and various building pipes. It is also applicable for extrusion, blow molding, tape casting, injection molding, and other processing technology fields.

Addition ratio

It can be used after thoroughly mixing the masterbatch with the raw material resin in a ratio of 1:25 - 1:50 (according to the specific requirements of the product) and then drying them.

Packaging

Paper-plastic compound bag, PE valve bag, PE bonded bag, and PE transparent valve bag (net weight: 25 KG/bag). Please store them in a dry place.
